CAK's West General Aviation Area

CAK’s West General Aviation Area offers approximately 80 acres for aeronautical development, with opportunities for hangars, MRO and maintenance facilities, aircraft rental, flight training, sales, ground support and more.

The area offers a clean-slate approach to development, providing flexibility to configure facilities based on operational needs. Approximately 40 additional acres may be developed within the ASR-11 Critical Area, subject to FAA coordination and facility design requirements to protect radar operations.

Aeronautical development opportunities may also be eligible for regional incentives and economic development support.
