The winner will be eligible to book a total of two (2) “Nice” bundles for roundtrip travel for themselves and a travel companion on Breeze Airways between CAK and LAS, subject to availability and the blackout dates listed above. Any additional amenities will be available to purchase for an additional cost. The winner’s traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of such companion. The winner must travel with their designated companion on the same flight. To redeem flights, a request must be sent to socialmedia@flybreeze.com a minimum of two (2) business days before the expected date of travel. Standard seating is subject to availability on all flights requested. BreezePoints will not be earned on the “Nice” bundles. The actual value of the “Nice” bundles will depend on the selected departure dates. The winner will not be awarded any difference between the actual and estimated retail value of their prize, if any. Once a “Nice” bundle is reserved, changes cannot be made to reserved travel without the approval of Breeze Airways, in its sole discretion. Additional travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel on Breeze Airways is subject to space availability and blackout dates. All travel is subject to the Breeze Airways Contract of Carriage. None of the Released Parties (as defined below) is responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules or the Breeze Airways Contract of Carriage. Winners are responsible for booking any transportation or other products or services associated with the redemption of Breeze Airways flights. All other expenses and costs not expressly stated in the applicable prize description above including, but not limited to, transportation between a winner’s home and the airport, ground transportation, lodging, meals, beverages, incidentals, taxes, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airline or airport fees, service charges, security fees, facility charges, gratuities, optional excursions and purchases made in connection with the redemption of Breeze Airways flights are solely the winner’s responsibility. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible if any travel provided by Breeze Airways is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation, postponement or delay of any redeemed travel. BreezePoints bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.
**Guest must redeem the food and beverage credit by charging the amount back to the room and will be required to place a credit card on file to open up the ability to charge items back to their room. Any daily unused credits will be forfeited as the credit will not stack. Food and beverage credits cannot be used at Starbucks on property. Credits have no cash value. Management reserves all rights.

Eligibility: The Las Vegas Flyaway is open only to Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania residents who are at least twenty one (21) years old and have a valid government-issued ID. Employees of Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to win. By opting in you are consenting to receive future marketing from all participating partners including Akron-Canton Airport, Breeze Airways, Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, Area-15, Meow Wolf, Illuminarium, and Rio Hotel & Casino.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Las Vegas Flyaway begins on February 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on April 22, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. There will only be one entry counted, so please, only one entry per person. The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Las Vegas Flyaway.
How to Enter: To enter, complete the entry form. A responsive email acknowledging your entry will NOT be sent.
Drawing: One winner will be randomly selected on April 23, 2025. Sponsor will select one (1) winner to receive roundtrip airfare for two from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) aboard Breeze Airways for travel to/from Las Vegas (LAS) on select dates and a Visit Las Vegas Prize Package. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received for the applicable Giveaway Period.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will notify the potential winner with an email to the email address associated with their entry. Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to respond by April 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, alternate potential winners will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only two (2) alternate potential winners will be contacted.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) aboard Breeze Airways for travel to/from Las Vegas (LAS) on select dates and a Visit Las Vegas Prize Package. The combined estimated value is $1,150.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail or email shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All characteristics and features of the prize except as otherwise explicitly stated above are at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute such prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value. Stated ARV is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Actual value may vary. In the event actual value is less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. For tax reporting purposes, prize winner may be issued and required to complete one or more U.S. IRS forms for the fair market value of the prize, and the winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, tax identification number or other information before the prize will be awarded. You will never be asked to provide a credit card number to be verified as a winner or to receive a prize. Arrangements for delivery of prize will be made after winner validation. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER EMAIL ADDRESS. At the Sponsor’s discretion, unclaimed Prize may not be awarded.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. (dba Breeze Airways), Akron-Canton Airport, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. RELEASED PARTIES (I) MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRIZE, AND (II) DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
Email addresses will be collected for future communication by Akron-Canton Airport and will be shared with Breeze Airways as well as Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, Area-15, Meow Wolf, Illuminarium, and Rio Hotel & Casino. Akron-Canton Airport respects your privacy and will never sell email addresses collected through this Giveaway to unlisted parties.
Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for purposes of this Giveaway and treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Ohio. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio.
