The Badging Office is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, including all holidays. If unable to meet these hours, please schedule an appointment with the badging office by calling CAK Operations (330)-831-6565.
Badging Process
For those born in the U.S., arrive at the badging office with:
- A Passport OR
- Driver's License & Social Security Card OR
- Driver's License & Birth Certificate
Your employer will provide the badging application, which must be filled out and signed by your employer's ASO (Typically this is a manager) before arriving at the badging office.
It will take approximately one week to complete vetting.
Receive your initial badge and watch the appropriate training (Approximately 20 minutes).
Revalidation occurs annually beginning on October 1st.
For those born outside the U.S.
Please schedule an appointment with the badging office.

Airside Meetings/Updates
Airport Tenant Association Meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every month beginning at 9:30 am in the CAK Conference Rooms.
Training
Training opportunities are available for employees and tenants at the Akron-Canton Airport. Airport employees should visit Human Resources to learn more about online and in-person training to help them make their professional goals a reality. Both free and paid opportunities are available.
Airport tenants are welcome to join the airport in training opportunities.
