Kalob Jordan — Field Maintenance Technician

We're shining a spotlight on Kalob Jordan as he's been named a Guiding Principle Award recipient for Care. Kalob received a call to assist the Visitor Information Center and demonstrated our Care principle by arriving at CAK prior to his scheduled shift to translate on behalf of an airport user.

Kalob's effort not only ensured a seamless experience, but showcased his care and consideration. Kalob did not hesitate to offer his support and did so without looking for recognition, thinking only about the experience of the guest.
